Used thames cruises for New Years, £105 per person. The boat was cramped & filthy, the loos stank of stale urine from the start. The boat allowed a group of very drunk people on who proceeded to vomit all over the dance floor & pass out on seating etc. The food was worse than budget airline food 20yrs ago. The music was aimed at 20 year olds when the majority were 30-50. No effort to decorate the boat for festive period like other boats had. Moored sth bank for the fireworks cos it was easy, no view of the display. No response to email. No safety briefing/life vests. Thoroughly spoilt new year
