On Saturday I had gone into this branch to scan my winning tickets the first in over a year it was for 2,500 I scanned the ticket at the ticket machine and spent a further 250 pounds I then took the remaining 200250 pounds winning voucher to the front desk the staff member behind the glass was rude very passive aggressive and told me that he could not pay me because they had no money he then offered the option of a bank transfer after 10 or 15 minutes or so but also mentioned that it would take up to five to ten working days to reach my account
Now bear in mind this is all happening whilst a very awkward exchanges of rude unhealthful and almost angry demeanor coming from his side when I explained that I had paid in cash and that I needed to collect and cash he told me that there's nothing he could do I then suggested that I go to a different branch and he said no he printed the ticket here therefore you have to use this much you need to wait for my manager. I then to Black camp to the Queensway branch where they were a little more helpful and called the Paddington branch where I had began my horrendous journey and spoke to the manager the manager told him I have 1500 pounds cash here and the rest he will have to take by transfer for the sake of compromise I said that's fine I'll my way back there however when I arrived back at the Paddington branch and the same gentleman that had served me was there with the manager all I can say to you is that the manager was almost 20 times worse than the other member of staff he was so rude I was actually in shock I quote and I am not paraphrasing I have a thousand five hundred pounds cash here but I need it you can f off you long streak of p**s.
To put it lightly I felt anxious angry upset and Bewildered by the way I was treated I am a very polite and an actual gentleman and I always lose when I wake up but this time I want and the point is that they must pay in a cash if you paint and get it they don't have cash this into another cash it happened to me before. But he then proceeded to press the red button behind him activating an alarm system that said something like capitals please leave the shop the police are coming remove yourself from the shop there is a disturbance in the shop to which I could hear his voice shouting over it f of out of this shop you ate getting nothing and again I am quoting not paraphrasing.
The winning ticket I still have and the voucher printed out from that shop which could easily and I have seen it done before years ago before he did so that I can cash it in the different branch I've been told by customer services and by other branches that that is the only shop that I can go to despite my ordeal there neither of these members of staff the manager or his employees should be working there and if I was the managing director or owner or CEO of this business it will all be on camera and audio unless you switched it off so they should be set immediately for this behavior because if that's how they treat stuff no one would ever go back there was about 10 other people in the shop doing their best to ever heard it all and it's looked over and disbelief and I am still today feeling deflated to put it lightly I just want to cash my voucher otherwise I will seek legal advice whatever you do if you plan to make a bet, pls do not under any circumstances go to this branch I have never had a problem with a William Hill before untill I entered this branch and the way I was treated was actually disgusting and something out or a bad dream.
