I walked to your Neasden Parade branch this evening at 22.20, this was in order to cash out a winning bet. The shop was locked and the guy in there just waved me away. To be honest I don't really care what time your staff 'bunk off' at unless it's costing me money. On my return home I discovered the bet has now lost. So thanks to your unhelpful, unprofessional staff I am £46 light ! So without doubt that was my last visit to any of your shops.
