Have used this branch several times including today. Always found it to have very good rates for buying currency. Have also found them be helpful when needing a lessor available currency at short notice.

When you need to change money, please be careful with this office. I have changed 200 euro to pounds on Oct.13'2011. The middle rate at the same time was around 1 pound equal to 1.14 euro. The office selling rate for 1 pound to 1 euro was 1.229. With this 200 euroa, I got only 143.35 pounds. It was a suprise for me. After studied the receipt, it marked that the rate of handling fees was as high as 11.9% whereas the customer could not find anywhre from their window shows that information.With this less than 1 mins dealing, they took me around 20 pounds service fees. By doing this, the exchange rate was reached up nearly 1.40 pounds to euro. So if you want to change money, please keep you eyes on it and avoid this office.
