This is a fantastic butcher. I've been using them for years. Their chicken quarters and their steaks are particularly good- as are their sausages. They're always very helpful and genuine too.

Use this butchers, they're so helpful and the quality and price of the meat is fantastic. fall-off the bone Ribs ; buy a full rack of fresh pork ribs, remove the sinew on hard side, season on both sides and put in roasting tray cover with 2 layers of foil and steam bake for 3 hours,marinade then bb
