I find the staff really friendly and helpful carrying people's coffee to the table if need be always shilling even under pressure

Can't believe he's talking about the same wonderful caffe Nero I go to I think the staff here are great and very helpful and friendly he must off been having been having an off day

We go there 4 times a week and find the staff very warm and friendly they will carry your order to the table if needed I recommended them

Nice as a store, but busy most of the times.Some among the stuff have serious attitude problems, and they are clearly in the wrong line of work. I don't believe that there are any real supervisors in the store. Luckily, there are many other coffee shops in the area.
