Observation of basic standards of hygiene would make this a tolerable experience, as it is the staff use their fingers and teeth, yes, teeth on the food. I ordered a walnut salad with no walnuts and watched the proprietor put a few lettuce leaves ona place with her fingers and open a packet of bread with her teeth, eughhhh!
