I went to the shop close to Trafalgar Square looking for a tripod that I had seen online on their own website, but quickly found out that the exact same model was about +25% more expensive if bought in the shop. Also had the impression that all their staff is now made of college students who don't know a thing about photography, but that is just an impression of mine.

I walked in asking for a box of glossy paper to print a two-sides portfolio and I was given a £20 stack of sheets which were glossy on one side only. This should be basis knowledge for anyone who works in a photography shop. Very disappointing.
