The staff are friendly but this is day light robbery
I telephoned earlier to check that they were able to do A1 colour prints. They said they were. I went to the shop and one of them tried to print the photo but was unable to. Then the other member of staff told the first person they were doing it wrongly. This was wasting my time and I went away for a while and shopped elsewhere and told them I would be back later. When I returned I was not told of progress as the staff were busy with other customers and did not acknowledge me. When I enquired I was asked for prepayment but I expressed reservations because they had been having troubles earlier. On further investgation the second member of staff was unable to print A1 size and then blamed the machine. I had a narrow escape because they wanted me to pay up front when they were unable to print or give me the goods I would have paid for. Buyer beware!!
