The worst place I’ve ever dealt with. Had my car for 5 weeks. The car sat on the driveway for three weeks. Keeps coming up with excuses that. The final straw I went to talk to then and upon leaving the shop finding my car on fire due to their lack of ability. They’ve now said they have found the circuit but no one knows where it goes. They’ve even told me they’ve spoke to a Renault main dealer and they don’t even know where it goes. I then question them as to wait main dealer to which they keep avoiding the question. They finally say actually it’s not a main dealer we spoke to. Constant lies from them and being fobbed off. Finally after sending a letter threatening legal action they called me to come and pick up the car as they can’t deal with it. So had the car over five weeks and done nothing other than set fire to it. They have no idea what they are doing. I’ve. Had to take the car to a main dealer today only to find out where these cowboys have had my car not only is the battery tray damaged but they have broken the under tray and used cable ties to hold it together without even telling me hoping I wouldn’t find out. DO NOT USE. Unless you want more damage to your car.

Told electrical fault was corrected. It lasted 4 hours. They rechecked and said they had traced fault to brake light switch. FIVE WEEKS ago. During numerous telephone calls and personal visits was told the switch is hard to get. Ran out of patience so ordered one myself from Euro Car Parts - SAME DAY DELIVERY. Very disappointed in Holloway Electrics.

Used this establishment for over 30 years and always have enjoyed the best of service from both the father and the son.

I would rather use them than a local garage even though I have moved over sixty miles away!!

I have found that the service they give is very good and i have never had any reason to complain about their wormanship.The staff are very good and polite all times.
