This ‘garage’ are an utter disgrace. I had to use them when my car went in for a admiral insurance job. I don’t even know where to begin but please enjoy the below it may make your day.
After not having any update for nearly 2 weeks I had to chase what was even happening with my car only to be told it was written off! Nice of them to tell me…They then asked if they could come and pick up the courtesy car off myself they had provided, the next day. This is where it gets brilliant. At 4am, yes you read that correctly 4AM, the next morning I received a text to say the driver would be there to pick up the vehicle at 6am in the morning on a pitch black winters morning. After I was not informed of this and luckily happened to be awoken by the mans Phone call, this disgustingly rude member of staffs first words out his mouth over the phone were not ‘good morning’ or ‘sorry about the time of day’ but to my shock it was ‘there’s damage to the front left wheel’. Absolutely disgraceful I cannot actually believe it even now. After mentioning to the bloke I had barely driven it and as they had no evidence or photos of the fact it was even damaged before it was taken into my possession, said I wouldn’t be signing anything and won’t be paying anything. Hours later they take 235 pounds out of my bank account for the damages and inform me over a text message.
To top it all off the member of staff that came to collect the car at 6am was walking around my property without asking with a flashlight inspecting a car and shortly after he left the police arrived as a neighbour thought he was a genuine thief!
I then called the office and after 30 mins speaking to the rudest receptionist and being told it’s ‘just there terms and conditions’ and that there was ‘nothing to do with them’ I just couldn’t even be bothered arguing anymore.
When I say this company are UTTER UTTER SCUM I do not say that lightly. Please never ever use this company for goodness sake.

Their quote was highly inflated and included things that were not actually neccessary. It was rejected by my insurers and led to me being without a vehicle for longer than neccessary following my accident. I obtained a quote from another garage for over £2k less. I cannot understand how Balgores expect to get work if they operate in this way.

The car went in from my insurance company, I was a bit worried at first as didn't know this garage but they did a first class job!!! Also very polite and kept me updated on all the delays, (parts) good service would recommend

i had my car taken to Balgores Motors by insurace co. what a great job they did, all the staff were excellent, did exactly what they said they would do!! the repairs are first class excellent quality thankyou so much, will definatly use again if i need bodywork!!! RECOMENDED AAAA++++++

I was sent to Balgores body shop by my insurance and when i got it back i noticed that there was streaks in the paint and there was sinkage they also just clicked my front spoiler on and did not put any screws in it and also the near side headlamp was not aligned with the body, so i took it back a little while later and i told them all the faults i had found and they then gave me a courtesy car, i have to say the receptionists were very helpful and polite and had very nice telephone manner, when they said my car was repaired i was called at 1pm and i got to Balgores and 2:30pm i looked the car over quickly and noticed they had not taken any notice of the fact i said that there was no screws in the front bumper or the fact that the headlight was not aligned so i complained and asked them to put a few screws in the front bumper and when they did so they brung it back out to me and neither of my headlights were working so they then put 2 bulbs in it for me but i was still very unsatisfied with the repair jobs both times and would not recommend it to anyone

My car came back from the garage with more damage than when it went in. I have had to send the car back due to poor quality workmanship. When the car was returned at a first glance it looked great. Then when I looked properly at the repair work it was awful. Spray paint left on the trims, a yellow number plate screw holding my mudflap on, two door lock covers were poorly aligned and damaged. the back door not insulated properly and rattling. The pillar and door frames were not sprayed, old hinges used on doors which should have been new, one mudflap had been put back on incorrectly, it came back with new scratches on the front bumper, empty with no petrol and my car that mechanically had nothing wrong with it now would not start as petrol ran down to nothing! NOT IMPRESSED...the list goes on.
Would never recommend to anyone. The manager didn't even say sorry instead acted as if he was doing me a favour by taking the car back to correct the bad work/repair job!!!

I am very fussy about my car , i thought it would be hard for them to get it right but they did it no problems!!!! what lovely people all the staff seem very helpfull and a great job done on my car THANKYOU!!!!!!!!! A+++++++++++

i like the person below this review have had very bad service and bad work from this establishment the car came back with more damage than when it went in and have been going back and forth since march trying to get the car back to its pre accident state and it is still on going. Would i recommend this garage NOT A CHANCE!!!!!!

My car had to be returned because of shoddy workmanship.The seocond time it was not vacuumed inside.I was not allowed a petrol rebate despite misinformation by their staff about the day I was going to receive my car back.

I was very particular about my vehicle - but the staff that i spoke to were very understanding of my needs. It seems to me (now that i have my vehicle back) that the workshop staff pulled out all the stops to keep me happy.
I would have no hesitation of recommending Balgores Motors to friends or family - should they need the services of a Premier Accident Repair centre.

the people at balgores motors were polite & helpful in explaining the way the company opperates but the courtesy cars are way too small to be used for a family with young children as the cars they use have no adequate boot space for buggies to fit or same said about space for car seats to fit in.
