I purchased a car from this dealer not too long ago. I needed certain documents from them so I got in touch via email. I sent 3 emails which were all opened and read (I know because I have a tracker in my inbox) but the owner decided not to answer any of them. After care non existent. Won't be dealing with them again and I don't recommend anyone else does either.

I'd give 0/10 if it was an option. Horrendous after care service. Car was proven not fit for sale by an independent garage I had to take it to after 70miles and the engine management light came on and started making an awful crunching noise.. Fraught with problems. Was given the wrong paperwork for vehicle, day 2 the car wouldn't start and turned out that it had wrong battery in it. Never received the log book, had to fight for refund and was still stung for all-sorts that my paperwork did not state. When I told them I was taking it further I was told " do that and you'll see who I am .".
Please avoid.
