I had parked in a disabled parking bay outside B&Q which I am entitled to do. The vehicle also has a disabled Road tax class. A current blue badge and timer encased in a metal container placed on the dashboard. The metal container is to stop thieving 🐝 stds from stealing the badge. I have had 2 stolen and the 6 week wait for a replacement causes major issues. Sorry I digress the car as stated was parked displaying a disabled badge. Parked correctly in the bay. Yet the traffic enforcement people decided to issue a parking ticket despite this. I wrote to the parking company showing pictures of current blue badge but they chose to ignore the plea. They have now sent a debt collection notice which until the matter is decided by an independent adjudicator is illegal.

Came shopping on a Sunday with the kids and plugged my car to charge while I visited shops. I know we took a while, but we weren't rushing and I wanted my car to be fully charged. A week later I get a fine through the post as apparently there is a 3 hour time limit for parking and I had stayed for 4!! There is no sign telling people about this. Why is there a time limit for parking?! It's not just one shop here! Even Westminster allows 4 hours parking, and that's Central London!! Also, the clock starts ticking when you are at the barrier ie before you've even parked!!! Very very annoyed - please be aware so you don't get caught out.

We spent the day here shopping. We went to McDonald’s and spent quite awhile in b and q choosing paint colours and then again in Dunelm for soft furnishings decor and furniture. Yesterday we got a fine for overstaying 3 hours. Who knew there was a three hour time limit to shop in a retail park. Will never return again
