A really great charity raising money for a devastating disorder, and they do have some amazing bargains too!

I went to the shop today
The customer service is very poor
They don’t treat customers nicely at all
Do not go into that store in forest hill the staff are not trained at all
They talk to customers with no respect
The staff telling customer you need to get a glasses because you ask for a price for a item very rude
I am not happy at all the way I was treated today
The shop need to close down asap

I went in to this shop today with money my mum give me .
I only had 20 pounds, the lady was very rude because of this and started to say very loudly that customers have to use card because she only had one ten pound left. She was being slammy and angry.
I am autistic with learning difficulties I have a lanyard with a sign on it saying so . The lady made me feel uncomfortable . Then left me with my stuff and stomped off , I asked for a bag and she angrily chucked one at me . I am semi verbal and can’t communicate so this made me upset , I will never visit this shop again , you employ people with disabilities yet you treat your disability customers like garbage. I went to Red Cross it’s much much better
I understand about the 20 but Manners do not cost anything
