Preposterously overpriced goods and a supercilious manager. Whoever prices things has fundamentally misunderstood why people go to charity shops - to get a bargain. Paying a couple of pounds less than something is going for on e-bay does not constitute a bargain and I think you have crossed the boundary between charity and sheer greed - everything you sell has cost you nothing. Do you really think anyone is going to pay £35 for a second-hand shirt? Anyone who can afford such a price is not going to go to a second-hand shop. Really.
