Sold me a blocked phone, took it back as sim wouldn't work in it, told they can't do anything about it I spent £380! To make it worse when I went to the police it was a stolen phone! So now I'm £380 down! AVOID!

My laptop HP DV9032 Graphics problem is most common problem i guess after reading reviews online. Very sceptically approached All About Laptops, their approach made me comfortable and confident, gave my laptop for repair on Saturday and laptop was fixed on monday got a TEXT message on my mobile that was very impressive. Till now dont have any prob, hope i wouldn't. Recommend them 100%

Impressive service
We took our Mac book to the Croydon branch which we thought had a dead logic board as it wouldn't charge. We asked All about laptops to look at the problem. On top of that we gave them very tight timescales. Within a couple of hours they had confirm it wasn't an ultra-expensive logic board but a simple defective battery. Knowing these we then asked them if they could upgrade the disk, the memory, transfer the system and install Windows 7.
They were asked to do this in little more than a day and they did it brilliantly and at a very fair price indeed.
