We discovered e-computing about 10 years ago and can’t sing its praises highly enough – Omar and his team deserve way more than a mere ten stars. They’ve handled our computer needs and problems since then brilliantly, doing everything from building a new desktop to our specifications, upgrading operating systems, transferring data, sorting out and setting up a new router, and most recently, supplying a new desktop and new laptop with Windows 10, together with cloud storage. They really know their stuff, carefully researching equipment and programmes, and their advice is invaluable. In addition, they never try to sell you things you don’t need (and indeed will tell you if you’re asking for something in that category) and their prices are very fair. For a modest fee, they’ll also come to your home and set up equipment for you – when we had that done with our new Windows 10 desktop, Samuel even took the extra trouble to optimise our old printer. I initially asked them to build machines and purchased branded products from Apple and Lenovo and when ever I asked for their help they were there.

finally, trust was built and when we built a successful consultancy with over 40 people, we deliver banking SaaS solutions, they helped with sourcing, network, tech support and maintenance since day one and have grown with us. I was reluctant at first because of their size and out technology needs being a software company, we never had an issues and they kept to the agreed SLA.

Having scoured the net for a new desktop and failing
to find what I wanted off the shelf or being given an outrageous price for a custom build, I took a neighbour's advice and walked into the shop. Within a few minutes the owner and I had specified a machine perfect for my needs at a very reasonable price. I took delivery two days ago and within a day I was up and running with all my software and data reinstalled. The build quality is superb (based on Lenovo ThinkCentre) and it goes like sh*t off a shovel. The customer service and advice received during the build were nothing less than wonderful. 12 out of 10!

I had a Broad band Problem, wireless issue, ecomputing sent a engineer within an Hour he fixed the issue and installed a wireless booster. I have to say I was very happy they new what they are doing.
