I don't frequent this shop very often but the few times I have had no choice either collecting or returning parcels, the service can only be considered as RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. He has no customer skills whatsoever and should not be anywhere near the public. I arrive in the shop to return a UPS parcel - I did not say say a word as other customers were in front of me - All of a sudden he comes up to me in an aggressive manner and says "wait wait" - I was gobsmacked, absolutely mortified - Even the other customers were bewildered - Avoid this shop.

SHAMEFUL, DISGUSTING, RUDE, don’t go in. You will get overcharged for stamps and the attitude is despicable. They have been reported to Royal Mail and trading standards. He would not accept that it’s 75p not £1 for 2nd class stamp. I wanted my money back and he refused which is out of order. He doesn’t care he’s been reported.I am shocked they are allowed to take in peoples parcels

Save your sanity and avoid this place at all costs.
One of their staff, the smaller gentleman, is extremely aggressive and does not want to process parcels. They are a UPS drop off point.

You will need to bite your lip in order to get the parcel processed. Rude is a kind description, it appears they are looking to provoke a confrontation so as not to take packages.

Horrendous experience with the smaller chap on every single occasion. Shall complain to UPS as it has happened far too many times.
