One One Nine

I am not happy with the service at this dentist. Four months ago I visited this dentist as i needed a new denture. Should be pretty straight forward, but it hasn't been. The first denture was a disaster, it was very painful to try on and did not fit . The dentist apologized and said it was the fault of the lab. So we went through the process again. They used the same lab so not surprisingly the denture did not fit again. The dentist said that if I did not like the denture I could come back and they would make another one. But why would I take a denture that does not fit. I asked to speak to the manager but was told they are on holiday. I asked for the owner but was told they only visit once a week. So five visits to the dentist and I still don't have a denture or even anyone at the dentists to complain to.

I have been coming here for over 16 years and my teeth get better and better. The Dentist is wonderfully kind and skilled - with the only issue is he asks a question when you have your mouth open!!
Staff at all levels put the patient first and you leave satisfied that a job has been done well, Thank you

I have been registered at this dental practise for over five years, from when I was resident in Streatham.

The service I receive on every occasion is outstanding and I cannot speak too highly of the team.
