Chaudhary Domestics

Horrible service, not working fridge, falling apart literally within days of use. I have to keep calling them to ask when an engineer will come to fix the fridge and every time I’m told something else, once it was 11am, then it moved for 5pm and when I called at 6:15pm to ask again where is the engineer I’m waiting for 4 days already, the guy on the phone rudely just said “I don’t know” and he hang up the phone on me!
Very rude people, don’t know what is customer service and selling old damaged products pretending they are only with cosmetic dents.
The fridge is still not fixed and Chaudhary appliances are not bothered to fix their supplied fridge. Very disappointing from the bit working fridge and their bad attitude.
