Ironing Parlour

I've had nothing but great work from these guys. Had a pair of jeans taken up and repaired and a badge sewed on to a jacket.

I used this service to get some clothing washed and dried. When I received the clothes back they were all just stuffed into bags, not folded and still wet! This resulted in the clothing smelling musty, so I had to rewash it. I went back the next day to complain and the man working there was very unhelpful. I explained my unhappiness with the service, but he had no solution-he said they don't do it in house, but send it away, so it wasn't his fault. He refused to even give me some of my money back. I never write reviews, but felt that I needed to warn potential customer of the terrible servic

So I decided to alter couple of shirts as they were too large. I specified that I want sleeves shortened along ith the waist size on one of them, and just the waist size of the other shirt.
I got them back today - They totally ignored my request and messed up one of them. They didn't touch the sleeves at all, the shirt was destroyed!
The buttons were missing... The job was not done basically.
Definetley not a professional establishment, more like an amateur with a desk and a sewing machine...
