I took two pairs of jeans to have holes repaired. After intially quoting a ridiculously high price of £30 they came down to £20, but promised the repair would be invisible and they would be ready at 7am the next day.
I went back at 10am and they weren't ready. They hadn't bothered to let me know even though they had my number.
I went back in the evening and they had repaired holes in black jeans with grey cotton, which obviously looked ridiculous. Needless to say i didn't pay a penny.
