Took in a Burberry Mac that I thought I was going to have to bin… they brought it up like new…
Same Mac was cleaned at another cleaners who couldn’t sort it out.. but these guys did

Awful service (damage clothes) and rude, unfriendly staff. Highly distressing experience using them. Avoid
Took a white linen shirt in and when I picked it up it had yellow/muddy stains down the front. I asked them to fix the damage they caused and after trying and failing they refused to reimburse the cost of the shirt or even give my money back. No apology, rude aggressive manner and changed their story multiple times about how it had happened.

The review is disingenuous and retaliatory. the customer was advised cleaning process would not reverse the apparent staining when presented. On collection the customer exhibited a rude and aggressive manner demanding money / refund. He was then asked to leave and continued a disturbance.. We endeavour to provide the best possible customer experience forty years of business and providing service to the public this is indeed a rare incident our customers are delightful people.

They’re aggressive and they didn’t clean my suit properly at all, and they didn’t handle the complaint at all well when I pointed it out. To be avoided.

I have been using these guys for decades and they have never, ever let me down. From a suit that got drenched in fat to alterations they have always delivered.
