Please check your alterations before you leave the shop, better still go somewhere else. Took my brand new £300 coat in to have the sleeves shortened and see the result. (Picture below )also charged £30.00
Absolutely awful I could have done better myself and they have ruined my coat.

I brought in a jacket for adjustments 10 days ago. When I came in 3 days later to collect it it hadn't been done as you needed to ask me something about it. You then said you could do it. I explained I needed this for a wedding and you assured me it would be done. yet when I come to collect it you hadn't done it. No phone call to warn me so I could make other arrangements you just waited until I came in leaving me no time to take it anywhere else... Hence I'm now left without an outfit for the wedding. Appalling.
