Held my dress to ransom for cash - they are rude and the work was incomplete - i've never experienced such poor customer service

Over priced. Slow. Poor service. Rude. There are better dry cleaners in East Finchley. They should be avoided.

They should review their pricing structure and pay proper attention to customer service/experience.

I have worked as a Wardrobe Manager for high end clients for years and always use Pristine Cleaners. I have found that they have a very high standard of work and are willing to take on items that are challenging, i.e beaded or heavily embroidered with no problem. They have designed storage units that are dust and moth proof for master bedroom linen sets that cost $4,000. They also launder and pack these sets every week in the bespoke storage. They collect and deliver and their prices are fair. As for the above comment I can only assume that it was a one off problem and the above customer was unfortunate.
Personally, I would not go anywhere else.

Dry cleaning is done ok/good. The shambolic and disgustingly rude customer service is not worth the time, money or frustration that you may have the unfortunacy to encounter. I had to wait a long while for all my items to be ready, considering it was almost closing time. The women told me about unnecessary personal issues as to why it was late. Made snarky remarks about only being a 7-8 mins wait. Spoke with a disgustingly aggressive manner when I said I was unhappy to pay full amount. At the end of the day their charge includes a service so do NOT waste your money at Pristine Dry cleaners.
