What a fxxxing two bob company. Takes two hours to answer the phone(Sometimes don’t answer). Been trying to repair property next to my house but no response. Now in HD ands of Environmental Dept where hopefully they will prosecute. In process of reporting to Ombudsman.

This agency is happy to take landlords property and pay cheap rates giving them high profit margins. However they have 0 service and do not inspect properties or take responsibility as an agent to keep the property in repair according to their contractual obligations. Once the tenants destroy your property they will ask you to pick up your keys and will never answer the phone again. If you try calling they will fob you off saying they are in meetings or give you empty promises that will fall on deaf ears. Please protect your property and tenants do not use we this agent!

Absolutely disgusting service, this is what I have to walk through to gain access to my home. I've also had no heating since before Christmas.

I was recently put into temporary accommodation under these estate agents. The property is honestly very nice but has a few maintenance issues which have taken them 3 weeks to come and sort. They have no sense of urgency and for some reason, I am always speaking with a lady who literally has been telling me the same thing for the last 3 weeks which is useless to me and has left me in very bad conditions.
I have had to contact the enforcement team of my borough to take things further as I am disgusted at the way things have been dealt with (or not) I would advise anyone does the same if they are having similar issues.

This estate agent just take money from local authorities and give a sub standard service. A complaint about a blocked toilet and bad plumbing has been raised with them however after a week they still haven't bothered to get to the property to fix it.

They have one telephone number with a receptionist who speaks very bad English who doesn't put you through to anyone. They are making money out of the misfortune of vulnerable people and the tax payer.

When I first moved here place by the council in temporary accommodation, the studio flat was empty and in the contract given to me by Oliver Langdon office it said the place will be furnished but it didn’t even have a bed in there when I phoned the office they said I was not entitled to one and they don’t have to provide on so I slept 2 nights on the floor until my council officer got them to get me one, since being here I have found Oliver Langdon dose not want to do anything if they can help it I reported few issues with the flat last week the main one being the small portable cooker had stoped working the office told me they will report it to the maintenance department and that they have 48 hours to act it has been 5 days now with out a cooker and all I get is they will chase the maintenance dept up when I asked for details to make an official complaint they refuse to give me them, for the money they charge in rent £1150 pm. it don’t even have a proper cooker or washing mach
