I've been renting for more than 5 years and never had such a bad experience in my life! Square Mile are not only incompetent, unprofessional and misleading but also will try to kick you out of the property when your contract is due (because they get a fee for a new tenant/contract)...and they'll do whatever it takes to do that. If you're a single woman, they'll be also intimidating with 15 calls a day and coming knock at your door late evening.
Have a look at all reviews they got on line and you'll be more than convinced that they should be avoided!
I dealt with the Liverpool St branch and they are simply disgraceful.

I am a tenant in a property let through the Westferry branch of Square Mile property management. If I could give them a 0 I would. Their customer service is terrible, they avoid your phone calls, ignore emails & lie about when they are in the office. It takes them ages to sort out even the smallest problem. In short if I was as bad at my job as they are at theirs I would have been sacked a long time ago. Do not use them.
