Zara

I went to exchange trousers I bought for my Partner. They were 19.99. To what I been told they can’t exchange or give me store voucher. To what I said half the money is fine I will take 9.99. My partner chose other trousers for 30£. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!
Manager came and made me feel like I am an idiot. I left store in tears. Please don’t ever shop in this store or any other Zara stores. May I add store was so untidy clothes all over the floor… so trousers I brought back was in much better shape and form then any other rubbish they sell there!!!!

I agree, I have shopped in Zara Kingston ever since it opened up in Kingston. Recently I wanted to exchange a new season trouser for another colour. Unfortunately, I did not have the receipt, but it was clear to the eye the item was not worn and all tags were intact. The manager dealing with my request was very harsh and rude telling me it was "company policy, can't do anything for you"! "besides, I don't know when you bought it"! There was no soft tone, just abrupt and arrogant!
The same weekend I went to another branch and they happily exchanged for me!
By the way this was not the first time management have been rude to me at this store. They seemed to walk around the store with a chip on their shoulder. I have even over heard cashiers complaining about the store management amongst themselves whilst I was purchasing an item.
They all need some serious behavioural and customer service training!

Terrible service, staff are more interested in them selves then helping customers. I was made to feel like I was bothering one when asking for help as she was chatting away with her colleague. When she finally got my online order from the stock room she handed it to me and didn't even look me in my face as she was chatting away to another customer. Very rude I never get any politeness in this Kingston Zara store. Won't be returning
