Rubbish business and customer service I have ever experienced. Worst policies to make their pocket overloaded. I used to do my whole frozen veg and fish shop but from now I will never go there in my whole lifetime.
Boal £26 each I took two from the section and gone to cutting section guy asked me for £32 for one and another one £32.56 cause them are just-more than 4kgs. For 180 gms I need to pay £6, What a stupid policy.
Customer taking fish 3.1kg still they are charging £26 also same for 3.9kgs one.
They clearly cheat with the customer.
The people there no knowledge of customer service. Manager absent.
