After years of loyalty to Riverside when purchasing my flowers, my experience on Mother's Day has made me look elsewhere. After a frosty consultation to discuss the arrangement I wanted and paying up front, I arrived on the day to be told they had sold my flowers. After a justified reaction from myself, I was rudely told "Well you can have a refund if you're not happy..." This was actually shouted over the shoulder of another customer also picking up some flowers. I was also told by another worker that they aren't going to bother with Mother's Day next year because it's too busy and stressful. I won't be going back again which is a shame considering I always like to support local businesses and actually use at least 3 other businesses on that parade alone

Had an arrangement of flowers delivered to mum for her birthday. She phoned me straightaway saying how beautiful they were and they must have cost me fortune. (They didn't) . Thank you very much.
