The Flower Shop

The Flower Shop delivered a bouquet of Red Carnations to my Son for his First Wedding Anniversary at the weekend. He described the flowers as "stunning and wonderful". I was able to order and pay for these flowers over the telephone, as I don't live in London. The Flower Shop gave a professional and so helpful service and the flowers were absolutely fairly priced. A credit to them.

Always fantastic service with great prices. I have used them many times. Just called to ask for some flowers and they said as it has been too hot over the weekend I wont let you have the flowers today as wouldnt sell them to you and instead said to wait until tomorrow. Lovely and honest florist who cares about what is delivered.

I just contacted this florist as I wanted to order some flowers for a funeral on Monday. The person who answered the phone left me speaking to myself and when her colleague took the phone, I queried what had happened whilst I was speaking and was told, her colleague quote "did not know what you was on about" Wow, is that how you speak to or treat customers???? any customer who might be distressed??? and who might be spending alot of money??
The conversation did not get any better and the person was rude beyond belief. I have used florists in the past who have been ever so kind, patient and above all considerate to the customer, even suggesting what flowers might be appropriate for an occasion.

This woman had no time to speak to me and was rude when I asked about the prices of her wreaths because they are not displayed on the website....

Very very bad customer service.... won't be calling you again...

The all white coffin flowers I ordered were lovely, and the white butterflies were a pretty addition. It was important to get this right, and you did. Thank you.
