Got a beautiful bonsai three years ago from this shop. I neglected it while on holiday - entirely my fault - and it's looking very unhappy. Phoned the shop, offering to pay them to nurse it back to health. Instead, the man patiently gave me full instructions on how to revive it. He even said to phone him back if it's still struggling. And he wouldn't accept a penny.
Lovely plants, fabulous customer service. Definitely would recommend.
