If I could give minus 20stars I would. Beyond poor customer service even through email. Quick to take your money but non existent after that. I lost my auntie (died) who I was buying chairs for, I explained this and they still had no compassion and charged me £400 in cancellation. Knowing full well they will sell the chairs for full price elsewhere. They owe me some money as paid initially more than the cancellation cost and they are now refusing to return emails and calls and pay me what I'm owed back. The company discusses me and frankly don't care about there customers only taking your money. Compassion should be their four front in such situations I'm in such shock! Pay me what I'm owed.
