No return policy. Unkind customer service. High prices. Go to the next shop 2 mins away.
We tried to buy big clay pots costing nearly £40. We asked if we could check if the pots got cracks and holes with some water. They said we have to buy at our own risk. But there is no return. They got mad and scolded us when we asked for their Return and refund policy. They said no return and refund policy. We are regular customers who normally buy food and veg in mass. I have bought the pots before and previously checked with water. This time there was a big issue with the till. The lady and the man were talking so badly at us. So we left all our stuff and went to the next shop 2 mins away. Got all the stuff for less price even. They provide kind customer service, and they have displayed their return policy as well.
