20/11/23 To The Owner, I came into your shop this morning to remedy a simple matter of 1/2 a bottle of milk date stamped 23/11/23 bought on 17/11/23 which had gone off. Our firm has used your shop for some time; when you are in the shop we always had a chat, been on friendly terms and I thought we were friends. Your normal friendly attitude and manners were replaced by a rude, argumentative person who shouted me down and would not allow me to speak. Instead of listening you lectured me on electrical failures of fridges that caused milk to go off. This is the first time milk has been returned over the last 4yrs, yet you treated me as if I was trying to cheat you. May I suggest you educate yourself on understanding fresh product sales, deterioration, how to store, rotate items based on sell by dates. Notwithstanding this, due to your behaviour members of this company will not be using your shop in future.
