The salon has been newly refurbished and the staff changed. They now have better customer service and a clean and friendly environment.

This was a terrible experience. The lady who tried to do my nails, butchered my cuticles. She clearly hasn't had any training and the more she cut away the more terrible it looked and the more she tried to cut further.
Evidence of this is she got to 3 round of cutting cuticles on each hand before I told her to stop and asked to pay for half he service.
My nails now look like I've been biting all around them and it's worse than when I walked through their door.
The fault is not entirely on the beautician, but the shop, for hiring her when she is unqualified. Not coming back.
