Avoid this place at all costs worst experience of my life getting my lashed done, most of them fell out the same day went back to fix them and they were horrifically done was in so much pain begged her to stop and then I was blamed for the pain and told I was a liar and was laughed at. I will be making a complaint to trading standards immediately you cannot treat your customers like this.

Terrible lash lift. Therapist wiped the make up off my eyes with such brutal force I’m surprised I had any lashes left to start the treatment. Used a large pad for my lashes which are short and everywhere else I’ve been to have LVL lashes has given me a choice of small medium or large to suit my lash length and curl requirements. At the end of the treatment she tore the stickers off from under my eyes also with force that it took skin with it. When I said I wasn’t happy that one side had curled the other hadn’t she asked the shop owner to confirm there was curl but there was so much tint on the back of my eye for anyone to even notice. Of course he said there was without having seen my eye before (it was no different) and a day later my eyelashes having very carefully cleared away the tint from my eyelid , lashes don’t look any different and I’m £40 down. Don’t go here!!!
