Awful service with very rude and unprofessional staff. The salon is dirty and despite the Covid-19 guidance they are only accepting cash. I would not recommend and will not be going back there myself.

customer service is not great, not very gentle and they are talking about everything without taking care or interacting at all with the customers.
Very pricey for what it is, the manicure is pretty basic, didn't see them sanitize the tools neither.

Very so-so and pricey much better service with some other salons and at a more reasonable price.

Was bought a voucher for a Luxury manicure and it was luxury. it was very professional lovely hand massage and scrub and a great choice of colours. The girls did a great job and I will be going back.

I am a frequent customer of Go Glam and the quality of the service in the Strutton Ground shop is always very good.
I have tried the shop on Tachbrook Street about six or seven times, as the interior is very nice. However the pedicures very below average and two manicures were terrible. I left with bleeding cuticles and do hesitate to get manicures after this incident. For some reason the nail technicians in the Tachbrook Street Shop are less precise, pay less attention to detail and deliver a below average service. I will stick to the Strutton Ground location.

I went to the Go Glam on Tachbrook Street and it was terrible. I had the worst wax I have ever experienced. My skin is still raw days after. During my manicure the manicurist was not paying attention and did a scruffy job and during my pedicure she made my toe bleed a lot.

I visit gogoglam for gel/shellac manicures and pedicures and the girls are all very precise and quick. Highly recommend!

A little gem in St James's! I go there on a regular basis for the last two years, and never had a visit when I left unsatisfied. Unlike other nail & beauty salons this one does more and better and quite competitively priced. Fantastic choice of colours, all very well organised! Very clean and well managed place. Just love you, guys! :)
Btw, they opened another branch in Pimlico, never been there yet, but will definitely try soon.
