Been a loyal customer for 3 years. Wouldn't go anywhere else in London. And my boyfriend gets his cuts here too.

I picked this salon because it was listed on the good salon guide and highly rated, but I could not be more disappointed. It took almost 2 hours for a basic gents shampoo and cut. After repeated guidance and even showing a photo of how I wanted it to look, I was told it wasn't possible because my hair 'does not grow like that' (yet I've had that haircut for a good 15 years). In the end, the sides were so uneven that I had to ask my wife to even them out at home. I paid for a junior stylist but it feels like my hair was cut by a trainee.

I was shopping in town and went to have lunch in Pollen street and see webster whiteman, thought i would pop in for a quick wash and blowdry, i then found out they do Jessice Gel manicures which i loveeeee!!
Was really happy with my hair a yound girl called Becky blowdried it and maicurist Katirina was very good!!
For a quick pop in appointment i was really pleased and would definately go back for the full works again!! Very happy Customer!!
