Went today, I had brought a wowcher deal and it was worth it!! Great communication, loved the massage and facial. Great experience would go again.

I went for the wowcher deal which was an hour facial, 30 min back massage and 30 min manicure. The therapist could have been more friendly the room was filthy with lots of dust on the bed and floor! Even my clothes got dusty. On the voucher it said hot oil massage and the oil was just normal not hot oil. Lastly instead of giving me an hour facial they gave me 40 minutes and instead of the half hour massage they gave me 15 minutes which was rediculous so I refused to pay the full amount!

Went for a wash cut and blow dry with styling with a £15 voucher from dealcloud, and although the person doing my hair was friendly she didn't have much knowledge concerning Afro hairdressing, which is ridiculous as this is their speciality. During heat styling she placed no heat/style protection on my hair whatsoever, and as I have Afro hair I thought this would have been a given. When I asked if she had any she replied I don't know, vaguely picking up a bottle and saying I think this one makes it straight. They then cheekily tried to sell me loreal heat protection spray as I was leaving!
