I've been going here for years ever since my sister introduced me to it. I love the place! Great staff - friendly, skilled and professional - and a really well designed welcoming venue. I no longer live nearby but I still travel all the way across London to get my hair cut here. I recommend the place unreservedly :-)

L, J and C (not naming them!) are some of the kindest people you could meet. I love my weekly appointment with them - full of laughs when life is going well and touches of kindness and support when life's on a down turn. From the very first time that I had an appointment, I was seriously impressed by the care that all three take not only of everyone's hair, but of their smallest needs, like help into a car for older, more frail clients. I always leave feeling lifted and my hair looking its best.
