Great Jazzy atmosphere , got what i asked for for a reasonable price. Its a small studio so gets very busy quickly, if you prefer a karma time try to avoid weekend appointment. Thank you Matt!

Moved to Limehouse two years ago and could not be happier to find the Silver Clip salon just around the corner from me. The service is superb and the guys are real professionals.

Had the worst experience of my life at Silver clip hair studio on the 16th June at 8 AM.
I had a hair appointment which I booked using the 5 pound discount that you had given me as a thank you for leaving a review.
I had received a confirmation email and SMS, to which I confirmed. On the day as I enter, the employee Rasita told me – “you have used our services before the rate that you have booked this at does not apply to you – please take a seat If you are ready to pay £14 pounds extra today”. I told her that first of all, I did not use a special first time price but this price is a result of the £5 that treatwell gave to me as a result of my review and I then said, secondly why are you telling this to me on the morning of my appointment?”. Overall, this is highly unprofessional to turn some one down on the day! when the appoint ment was confirmed on a pre paid price

Used a group on voucher for the keratin treatment, staff where extremely friendly, salon had free wifi and selection of drinks on the menu. Definitely recommended.

I was going to book a Groupon voucher for a Brazilian keratin blow dry treatment. When I called to ask if they had any availability for the next day I was told that I could book directly for the same price.
My hair is chin length and average thickness. I have had this treatment at other salons(when my hair was a lot longer!) and have never had to pay a surcharge for long or thick hair. When I got to the salon, I was told that there would be a 30 pound surcharge as my hair is thick. They are simply trying it on. My suggestion for improvement would be to be an honest and ethical salon.
