I have visited Rush Victoria today for the first time and had an amazing experience. Celiena literally transformed my hair from a boring lank mess into a sleek glossy graduated bob and I am thrilled. She explained everything and was a complete delight, and although I am visiting London and live in Lincolnshire I shall make the pilgrimage in future because the level of service I have received today is not available where I live. Thank you Celiena.

Bradley at Rush Victoria is an absolute gem!! I have been going to him for over two years and he never lets me down. He understands exactly what I need and what I want from a haircut and never fails to deliver. He is a perfectionist and really professional but also has a great attitude and makes the whole experience easy and fun. The salon offer great customer service. If you can, book in with Bradley

Love it everything time but this time was something different really nice and warm welcoming escorted to my seat with refreshing offers and mags to enjoy. Love it young lady at reception thank you so much for sorting out my appointment and just want to say I'm extremely excited and feel amazed by the stylist that done a great job on my hair I would advise anyone looking for a great treatment in a really nice and comfy environment that you won't regret it and you'll see me back in Victoria Rush in 6 weeks

I recently had an appointment at Rush Victoria and my hair is looking amazing thank you so much. The reception was very welcoming and it was a expectional service, polite staff and great beverages. The young lady at the reception offered me warm and cold drinks when I arrived and was taken to my seat. The stylist that done my hair did a marvellous job and I would definitely recommend Rush Victoria. :)

I'm always received well, warm greetings and a smile. Looking around they pride on looking after their customers. And of course you get a pro job on your hair.

Being particularly nervous when it comes to hairdressers I visited Rush in Westminster on a friends recommendation. The young man at reception was very welcoming and set me at ease as soon as I walked in. Cj talked to me at length before beginning my hair. All I can say is I have never been happier with my hair! (also the wine and lindt chocolates were nice too) I have booked in for a colour with my next hair cut...I cant wait!

When I walked in the receptionist was very welcoming, my stylist came over straight away which was nice, I had a consultation then taken for a wash,I was offered drinks and mags and everyone was really friendly, a lovely environment to be in.

My usual hairdresser went of travelling so have been looking for a new one. I found this salon on-line. I booked in for a full head of highlights and a cut and blowdry.
The lady who booked me in was really helpful on the phone and when I got there they looked after me really well.
I was there for about 2.5 hours and they gave me loads of magazines to read and kept getting me drinks.
The girl who did my hair really knew what she was talking about and i've never had such good colour put on my hair! When she finished, it looked like Kate Middleton's hair,all bouncy and curly... very happy cl

I recently went to rush Victoria to have my hair dip dyed, the colour was all wrong and the polish girl that done it was really rude, I asked to speak to the manager and she came over and the first thing she said to me was, I am new, what do u want,. I suggest if they want repeat clients they should look for a nicer person to run the place, and maybe get some friendlier stylists to work as well, for the prices they charge a make over wouldn't go a miss either. I would not recommend rush to anyone.

I booked a cut & blow dry & full head of colour with one of their discount offers. 30% off colour & £10 off cut & blowdry. They were very good when I walked in off street to book & sat me down to discuss some colour options. When I went back for my appointment my stylist did a good job with the colour & trimmed my hair so I was a little taken aback when my bill came to £81.00. I then found out that they had booked me in with a consultant who is one down from the Director. In hindsight perhaps i should have asked how much it was going to be & what level stylist I wanted but feel that they should have advised me or asked who i wanted rather than assuming that I would want to pay top prices for a standard colour & trim.Had I not had the voucher my bill would have been £106.00 when I could have got the same cut & colour for £57.00 from one of their stylists. If booking, ensure you ask who they have booked you in with if it's your first visit.
