This is a great salon - lovely people and Tibor does a fantastic colour, cut and blow dry. Highly recommended.

fine customer service but the cut was dreadful, I had to go elsewhere to have it recut the next week. Most surprised given the good reviews. The cut was done on a tuesday their discount day and the hairdresser seemed inexperienced.

I've been coming here to get my hair cut for a few years.
Originally I went to a salon called Hive around the corner, but when my hair dresser Naomi was on maternity leave I was recommended to try Snips.
I've been coming here since then and I get my hair cut by Manuella. I am always happy with what she does.
I'm not sure I'd try getting my hair coloured here as I go to a Toni & Guy close to work for that.

Prices are higher than stated on the website. I mentioned this when booking and was promised a discount on the phone as a result, which I thought was pretty nice of them so went ahead with the booking. When it came to payment I was charged full price. I pointed out that I was promised a discount and that's the reason I went ahead with the booking, but it seems the rules had now changed... I would only get the discount if I liked their Facebook page. That's less like social media marketing and more like blackmail. No thanks.

Wow, we deeply apologize for not updating our website. When using a heavy word like blackmail you should definitely inform yourself into the meaning of it. If you simply liked our page you would get so wanted £5 (five pounds) discount, but obviously you find it easier to write this extensive review and post it on every possible website. Thank you.

I really needed a cut and have been recommended to Znips. The salon is small and very comfortable, lovely atmosphere and no stressed people running around.

Mitch looked after me and was attentive, patient and careful with what I wanted as I never had a cut in London.

He did an amazing job! I needed shorter hair with layering and fringe and I love the result. Even in France I wasn't as happy with the result.

Mitch is a star, highly recommended :-)

I have gotten my hair cut by Dorees a few times. She listens to me, and she always gives me a simply great cut - better than I've ever had elsewhere. All the staff are friendly and down to earth too.

I had a half head of blonde foils and am really disappointed. The colour is really uneven, both in the sense of block colour in some parts and not others and far/uneven from the roots. My fringe is a mess!
Will not be return or recommend.

Super nice atmosphere, good quality coffee!
I had my hair cut and coloured by Zoltan and I LOVE IT! Most importantly for me, he listened to what I had to say and I look fab! Highly recommend!

I have been going to this place for about 5 years now. The staff are very friendly bunch and do an excellent job for a good price. You are always offered tea or coffee etc. It’s the kind of place that I would keep going to even if I moved out of Pimlico. Highly recommended!!!

I've been having my hair cut by Marta for years now, and I would never go to anyone else. I made the mistake of having an emergency last-minute 'trim' at another salon, never again, but thankfully Marta was able to rescue my hairstyle from the depths of a disastrous cut. She's a little gem, and I would honestly follow her to any salon she works in.
