Best kept secret salon in London. Sam’s YonKa facials are out of this world, as are her massages. Mani/pedis excellent. Super clean, calming, serene environment. Wonderful staff.

I am disgusted by the customer service I received at Fe Hair and Beauty Salon on Kendal Street. The manager did nothing to help me once her salon messed up.

I called them before my appointment and requested for highlights. They advised me it would be 65 pounds. I then got to the salon and the lady who was dying my hair was aware that I did not know much about the hair dying process as this was my first time. She then offered me another treatment which sounded great. She however didn't inform me that there was a major price difference and it was 200 pounds more expensive. I also got charged separately for toner - which is a joke.

I complained to the manager and instead of trying to correct her staff's mistake, she started becoming rude and screaming at me.

Appauling service. Barely mediocre product.

I wanted to say that I have been going to Fe for over 6 years and I think the girls are brilliant at what they do. I've never experienced a bad treatment at the salon, and in fact travel over 30 minutes on the tube to visit them for waxing. Their spray tans are also fantastic and I know of a few beauty editors who visit Fe for a fake tan.
The service there is also outstanding, and I recommend the salon to all my friends whenever they are looking for beauty places in Central London.
