Very bad experience i got in Kinaris salon.not only my hair been bleached without asking it(wanted highlights,end up dyeing full head) i been told that she will corect the colour. The hair dresser said she will call me ,but never called. They ripped me off as the price list on brochure way diferent then the ammount she asked.and the worst thing ,that she gave me to sign the paper where i agree that the money wont be given back if something goes wrong.

I went here on a recommendation to have my hair cut. After not going for nearly two years because my precious hair dresser cut it too short, I went and was so happy with how it was done. Friendly, affordable and great service. I will be back! Thank you.

I've been coming to Kinnaris for the last 8 years. I have to say they are the most professional and competitively priced salon in Norbury. Kinnari herself is a trustworthy and excellent stylist and will recommend the latest trends and colour to suit each individual. I have had ombré colour, balayage and other treatments here that are only offered at Central London salons. The staff are really friendly and cooperative to each clients needs. Also I have to say the chocolate facial is to die for, that's if you can resist the impulse to eat the product off your skin. Overall a fantastic salon!!!

I had my haircut yesterday. The staff was very polite and helpful. The hairdresser was very professional and knew what she was doing. Will definitely recommend them.

Well let me give a realistic account of this Hairdressers. Got my haircut by the owner.I had very thick long hair, in need of some styling.It was completely destroyed it by yanking at it with a bladed comb hence causing breakage and thinning in my hair without my permission. She did not clearly differentiate the layers.It looked horrendous so i requested a blow dry. As you might know having a blow dry means your hair should be silky smooth after,however she managed to wreck my hair whilst blow drying as it was a total mess!Would not recommend this place.Suggest they are more clear to customers

Got my wash cut and dry by Shelly, who was awesome! She listened to what I wanted and helped me decide what cut to get. The entire staff was lovely and welcoming. The haircut was very affordable and I loved my hair!
