Bodhi Tree Thai Massage

I booked a 1 hr massage treatment. I was 30 minutes late to my appointment as my partner booked the wrong time (entirely my fault); however, when I arrived, the lady offered me 30 minutes of treatment. I asked if it was possible to reschedule the appointment time, and she said I would have to 'call' treatwell to request a refund and rebook.

After spending 10/15 minutes trying to find the telephone number (Treatwell doesn't have a telephone number), I asked the lady if I had rebooked for later that I would definitely get a refund as I didn't want to pay twice. The lady informed me that I couldn't get a refund and missed my 30-minute slot as the next client had arrived (which blew my mind!) After speaking to the owner on the phone, he told me that there wasn't anything they could do as I was late and I'll have to talk to Treatwell. It's been nearly three weeks since I contacted Treatwell, who can't do anything as Bodhi Tree has yet to respond to them. I've sent several emails explaining my situation, but been completely ignored.

I have been to this place many times before, and it's one of my favourite massage spas in London. Unfortunately, I was wrongly informed that I could request a refund and miss out on at least 30 minutes of treatment time for the price I paid (around £70). I would have been more than happy to accept the 30 minutes instead of going through this process and feeling very upset that I wasted £70 for nothing. Especially this was a treat to help relieve stress from a difficult start of the year :( It would be nice to have some help with this instead of being ignored and passed over to Treatwell, who has no power to do anything. I will not be returning back or recommending this place to others.
