Trained there a few days ago for a couple of days, nice gym if your a hardcore meat-head! Not many cardio machines or any of the sunbed/sauna/swimming pool stuff, and the changing and shower facilities are practically non-existent (only one awful shower if I am to be honest), so only go if your a local- also the lockers are small too. Price is 6 quid for 1 day (you cannot return after leaving, that means you have to pay again), 17 quid for a week, and a 50 quid sign up fee for a year- then 10 quid a week. Should be cheaper given its location and overall facilities.
They have a wide variety of protein and carb shakes/drinks, along with stuff to have before a workout as well, but its all pretty expensive (as in any gym to be fair). Their highest weighing dumbells are 60kg btw, not 70. They have cross cable machine, rowing resistance machine, a whole load of hammer strength plate loaded machines (including leg press and bent over barbell row), a variety of benches and barbells (including couple of EZ bars)/dumbells, smith machine, resistant machines for legs, lat pull down and even a boxing bag. It must be stressed that this is great if you are into pumping iron, if not, you wont like it. Also it was VERY cold in there, warm up first!
