I called London and Surrey Gas Services to come and have a look at my boiler which had completely stopped working. The engineer turned up at 8 in the morning, as arranged, and by 9:30 I had a working boiler with hot water and heating on demand. Normal service resumed. The engineer showed me what the problem was, replaced a small switch or something and that was that. The man was very polite and left the work area clean and tidy. I was very pleased with the work and would certainly call them out again.

I required a Landlords Gas Safety certificate for a property I own in Morden and the people over at London and Surrey Gas were extremely helpful over the phone in organising the appointment. The engineer turned up exactly when we organised and carried out the work with zero issues and when I paid I received the certificate immediately via email. I would definitely recommend them and will 100% be using them again.

10 out 10 excellent service from start to finish, would not hesitate to recommend.

Note that if you would like repairs from LAS it will cost quite a lot. There plumbers don't carry any spares (actually asked) which means that your first call out to diagnose the fault (10-15 minutes) will cost you an hours labour. They are punctual and will return to complete the job but bear in mind that if they complete it within the next hour you will still have to pay for the first full hour so it will cost you two hours labour.
