AVOID THIS SHOP BY ALL MEANS. Awful shocking experience around a refund for a faulty item I bought from them. They gave me a substitution that was just as faulty, had to go back again, this time to ask for refund. The person in the shop reacted aggressively, said I was lying, threatened me to phisically drag me out of his "private property", he yelled at me and offended me, said I was blackmailing him and that I was a racist, he made up all sorts of stories, including a "damage" that I would have made to the faulty item I had bought from them. Icing on the cake, he forced me to sign a ridiculous form he has in his PC stating that I or my family or friend would not give the shop a bad review. This in exchange of a refund. Illegal and totally ridiculous. I He finally refunded me, just because I repeatedly called the police and they were on their way. I was shaking when I left the shop, it was awful. I found many similar stories amongst the reviews to this shop, the guy is the same described in other reviews. AVOID.

I bought a printer from here for more than double the Argos price, I cannot set it up, but now, he has warned me not visit nor, bring it back, even though I've been a long standing customer, (particularly during the Lockdown), &, he ought to be aware of how I cannot cope with technology.

I have bought an ASUS laptop from 647internet cafe and after one week I realized that the battery of laptop is gone. I called them and one time went to their shop with my friend . so they checked it, confirm the problem and said this is our obligation to change it. Than they said dont worry about grantee time, due to the COVID time, we haven't revived part from china. They confirm that they will change the battery after restrictions.
I made a mistake because I trust them but they refused to change the battery any way.
I called them and went there 3 more times but they didn't keep their promises.
please do not wast your time and money there

AVOID!!! I ordered a ram upgrade for my laptop to go from 8gb to 16gb the guy here said it would definitely work. I found him a little pushy and abrupt. He said he would call me when it arrived and I needed to pay £45 for the ram £5 to install it. Cash, MY MISTAKE, I know I should have never have given him cash. I could have installed it myself but I thought ok it's only £5. A few days later he called me I brought it in and left it with him to install it. To my surprise upon returning to pick it up it my laptop was only displaying 8gb. He didn't seem to realise that it was ment to be 16gb?? He was dismissive and insisted that my laptop was incompatible and can not support 16gb??? I know it can and I've checked on manufacturers website. But he insisted that it can't, he did say he would give me a discount if I wanted to upgrade the hardrive but can't refund the ram. Accidentally my macbook air fell off while cycling from my bag result No power at all.I called couple of companies for repair with very very high prices just to diagnose when i spoke to this shop they advised to take Macbook in for diagnose FREE of charge i left my macbook air on store for like 3 hours and within 3 hours my macboor air was ready on a fraction of price what was quoted on other repair stores excellent service top class super fast

I took my laptop in as it was not working properly.They just made up things that were supposedly wrong and wanted £70 for doing very little. I know this as I got another quote for £20 from another shop and they got everything workIng perfectly. If you do use this shop pls get another quote first.

Absolutely brilliant! I would recommend this place to everyone. I spilt a cup of tea all over my laptop and completely destroyed it. These guys had it back up and running within 24hrs and were really helpful.

Would highly recommend this Shop as both efficient, and reasonable prices for repairs to laptops .

Very rude the person that worked there over charged me for using a computer. I have noticed that they have around 20mins sometimes even more added to each computer as time used before you even start. They also never say please or thank you and I have seen at least 2 angry customers every time I have been here due to the service. They often make prices up without no guideline or tariff. Avoid unless you want your day to be ruined

I have been going here for the last few years and I can only echo the other comments. The staff are very helpful and reasonable, and the service is good value. I now live in East London but still choose to go back to the Holloway Road . Thank you!

This is an excellent place to get your phone repaired. I phoned on a Saturday morning after trying everywhere to get my galaxy s4 screen replaced. They quoted the best price by far and replaced the screen in a couple of hours giving me my phone back looking like new!
Absolutely excellent service, it's good to find a shop with a "can do" attitude at an honest price.
